  The HBUHSD School Board has approved the physical return of students to school starting Tuesday, November 3rd. Of course, we will only allow students to return under the safety requirements developed by our district and school nurses based on local and state guidelines. In this video, Principal Steve Curiel shares about the decision to return to campus and how we will ensure a safe school environment.

  To open our morning and evening ESL Promotion Ceremonies, Elizabeth Renteria sang a moving rendition of the Star-Spangled Banner. Elizabeth is an ESL student from our Twilight Program. She is living proof that learning a new language is possible, with a little courage and determination. Once she is done with our ESL program, she plans to get her GED and then further her education by going to college. Thanks to Elizabeth for her brave and beautiful performances, which created a special moment at our ceremonies.
